Footo (Fu-toh) is a local Vancouver company specializing in Fresh Out Of The Oven (F.O.O.T.O) croissants, croissant sandwiches, breakfasts, and espresso drinks.

Our artisan croissants are made on-site from scratch daily using only the freshest natural ingredients - enriched unbleached flour, water, unsalted butter, fresh eggs, fresh milk, salt, fresh yeast, and granulated sugar.

We are committed to not using any food colorings, chemicals, or shortenings.

All the pastries and desserts are designed by Brenda Yip.

Brenda has a Diploma in Baking & Pastry Arts from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts. As a mother of 2, she's passionate about making gourmet food that she would be proud to give her kids.
